I believe that I did an ok job on my work this time, although it could be improved significantly if I had added more detail to my work. I also somehow managed to miss some of the things that I needed, so I had to go back and fix them up.

Task 10 – Review

All the transferring from photoshop to illustrator, from illustrator to piksel was stressful, ESPECIALLY when I found out that I had forgot to add my company's type-logo.
Aside from that, I think it came out OK, not too great, but it works for the most part.
I did have to swap out my original character ideas for easier-to-do space ships otherwise I would never have finished in time.

Based on your planning, use Adobe Photoshop to create raster mock-ups of your game’s typelogo, player and boss character. The aspect ratio you use is for you to choose, but make sure that the resolution of your imagery is clear enough to work from when tracing.

Following this, trace your raster artwork of the game’s typelogo, player and boss character using Adobe Illustrator.

Ensure that you have included all aspects of your working processes within your blog posts. This production log will need to include explanatory notes, imagery and screen-shots from the software and any other processes you are using.

Remember that you are trying to create computer game graphics and apply project management techniques to direct a project, to a technical quality that reflects near-professional standards following industry practice, showing creativity and flair and working independently to professional expectations.

Task 5 – Planning

Synopsis

The island of Ustria is under massive attack. An accident in the industrial zone resulted in all the automated units going berserk and they now have control of both the industrial zone and the city zone. Meanwhile a mysterious portal has opened releasing all sorts of mythical creatures which have taken over the forrest and ocean regions. Ustria has summoned anyone able to fight to defend the lands, can you take them on and save the island?
